The Best Planner for 2018


     Life is what we make it. Your life is hand made by you. So create away.
     But resolutions? Yikes! The start of a new year can be exciting and terrifying. So many goals. So many fears of failure.
     Let's all try to be kind to ourselves this year. Setting goals is great. But when you miss a day or "fall of the wagon" let it be just a day. If we tear ourselves down after a little falter, we may not get back up. And one day of not reaching a goal may turn into a week or the end of trying all together.
     So think of goals more in the terms of creating habits. If you want to workout daily for example. If you miss your work out on January 2nd, you didn't fail. The goal is to work out more and more often until working out daily becomes a natural habit. It may take a month, it may take a year.
     That is why I think a good planner makes all the difference in achieving whatever goals you have. It's great to be able to look back and see your progress from January to December.
